Rossie and Norman have been piercing professionally in the Golden Horseshoe/Hamilton/Halton region collectively for 21 years. Rossie (She/They) and Norman (He/Him) are well revered for their excellent bedside manner, providing an informed and safe space for all clients with a gentle approach that can help soothe even the most nervous of Nellies! 

Our Piercers are very passionate about piercing and are dedicated to staying up to date on the latest information on safety protocols, technique, and high quality jewelry, attending many local classes and seminars as well as week long training intensives.

Both Rossie and Norman have a keen mind and eye for assessing anatomy and assisting clients in creating the perfect, unique placement with high-quality jewelry choices best suited to their individual needs/wants. Piercing is not a one size fits all situation and together they strive to ensure each clients piercing affords them the best fit possible!
